Chung-Han Lee
Chung-Han Lee is an associate in the Litigation Department of Wildman Harrold. He has significant experience handling both complex commercial disputes as well as toxic tort cases. In addition, Chung has defended businesses against putative national class action claims in both the consumer and environmental contexts. He has considerable experience with every phase of the litigation process from discovery and dispositive motions through trial and appeal, and has worked extensively with all aspects of electronic discovery. Chung has also counseled clients on all kinds of contract disputes, often devising an effective resolution or strategy that fits the business needs of each client.Representative Experience:
- Led defense of major tire manufacturer against property and personal injury claims brought by toxic tort plaintiffs seeking millions of dollars in damages
- Served as regional counsel for leading appliance manufacturer defending products liability and asbestos claims, often obtaining dismissals or negotiating favorable settlements
- As lead counsel, represented major telecommunications carrier in Telecommunications Act claims against municipality for denial of conditional use permit for installation of wireless antennas
- Represented global communications manufacturer in breach of contract and theft of trade secrets case against former Taiwanese outsourcing partner, managing all aspects of electronic discovery
- Defended global communications manufacturer against putative consumer class action lawsuit alleging manufacturing and design defects
- Represented chemical industry clients in class action and mass tort exposure matters throughout the United States involving alleged exposures to chromated copper arsenate (“CCA”)
